Wm. Scott Forster

Scott is a Founder and Principal of Advisor Commercial Realty LLC where he enjoys leveraging his experience and skill to help clients identify and implement their best commercial real estate solutions. He has extensive experience in overseeing marketing, leasing and selling commercial properties; acquiring investment properties; performing due diligence; creating and executing strategies to reposition, add value to and redevelop properties; developing ground-up projects; procuring financing and selling improved assets. Scott has also assisted numerous firms locate and lease or buy commercial property to house their operations. He started in commercial real estate as a broker associate in 1985 with Heliconian Ltd., was recruited by Grubb & Ellis Company as a Broker Associate in 1988, was promoted to Colorado Director of Marketing & Sales for G&E Asset Services Company in 1990 and was then recruited by Integrated Properties, Inc. as Vice President in 1993.

Scott was born in the Chicago area and raised on a farm in Iowa, where he was involved in farm operations and management from a young age. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry at Iowa State University and worked various jobs to help fund school such as constructing metal buildings, doing agronomy field research and being a railway laborer/machine operator. He next worked in sport SCUBA diving as a retail store manager, instructor, tour leader and charter boat dive master for San Diego and Denver Diver’s Supply, before starting his commercial real estate endeavors.

Scott is married to Joni and has two children recently graduated from college. He enjoys travel, outdoor adventure, culture, history, nature, reading, writing, speaking and coaching. He was a board member for the Christian Church Extension Foundation and held several leadership roles with the Boy Scouts of America. He is a local leader in Christian Business Men’s Connection and serves at his church, including as a former elder.
